Payment & Logistics

Payment Methods:

You can pay online, or choose "Pay upon pickup" at a convenience store.

Order Process:

  • D = Order Date
  • D+1 = Order confirmed, packaged, and shipped
  • D+2 = FamilyMart logistics picks up the package
  • D+3 = Package arrives at the FamilyMart logistics transfer hub
  • D+4 = Logistics driver delivers to the designated store

* The timeline above is calculated in "business days". If there is a national holiday, logistics drivers will not operate, and the delivery will be postponed.

* During special holidays (such as Dragon Boat Festival or Mid-Autumn Festival), nationwide logistics traffic jams may occur. In such cases, there may be delays, and packages might not be shipped as usual. We kindly ask for your understanding.

The system will send an SMS notification once the order successfully arrives at the store.

For Already Paid Orders:

Within 6 days after receiving the SMS, please bring the recipient's valid ID (such as an ID card, NHI card, or driver's license) to the store. Note: If the name on the package is different from the name on your ID, or if you do not have a valid ID with you, you will not be able to pick up the package.

For Pay-On-Pickup Orders:

Within 6 days after receiving the SMS, you can go directly to the designated store, make your payment, and pick up the package.
